Guido Falsi a95cde2a7a games/0ad: Update to 0.27.0
- Remove upstreamed patches
- This version allows using vanilla spidermonkey provided from
  system

This update disables "GPU skinning" by default because it causes
crashes. This is being investigated upstream [1]
