unnecessary references to '/bin/bash' to use '/bin/sh' instead. Update dependency versions to match 'setup.cfg' _except_ for py-requests, where the ports currently has only 2.22.0 available, but upstream is requiring at least 2.23.0. (Waiting on PR 250941) [1] PR: 252180 Submitted by: Charlie Li
