Hiroki Sato ed69b7307f - Fix build problem on !i386 platforms[1]. ...

- Use --with-{ijs,jasper} instead of running each configure script.
- Make descriptions of OPTIONS shorter than 70 chars wide.
- Add "display" (GS_display) device[2].
