Roman Bogorodskiy 768e12c0dc Drop usage of py-backports.ssl_match_hostname. ...

The net/py-libcloud port doesn't work without
security/py-backports.ssl_match_hostname being installed. But
security/py-backports.ssl_match_hostname is scheduled for deletion, so
make libcloud work without the backport.
