Roger Hardiman d65607e269 Re-order the master sites. ...

www.soren.org is the master site for wmtune but contains a broken
and out of date wmtune.diff.gz file.
So by moving www.soren.org to the end of the list we hopefully
will never pick up this broken file.

Also fix a portlint ordering warning
