Glen Barber 8f6931fb4b Update to 3.4.4 ...

Bug fixes:
- prevent possible crash when archiving files (GitHub #316)
- don't create symlinks to cf-know in update policy
- don't enable xml support if libxml2 is too old (Redmine #1937)
