Mateusz Piotrowski 8925562b65 net/samba419: Deprecate without expiration date ...

This is meant to give notice to Samba users that 4.19 is not supported
anymore. The default Samba in the tree is 4.16 currently, so removing
4.19 most likely will not be a big task.
