Bug fixes:

 * Fix event handling for ‘View Front Of’ to not make shift weird.
 * Fix VSPAERO::Renew()
 * Fix MergeFaces, which was preventing LE/TE panels from merging then splitting.
 * Ensure degen cruciform intersection points are coincident
 * Merge (don’t intersect) degen cruciform meshes
