- Fixed translation of \u{a}, removed incorrect translations of \u{n}
   and \u{N} (contributed by Domenico Bianculli).
 - bib2bib conditions: support for \u (contributed by Domenico Bianculli).
And it includes two build fixes we can now remove locally.
