- Install configuration files in ${PREFIX}/etc/amap, and preserve user
modifications across updates
- Do not define PORTDOCS if NOPORTDOCS is defined
- Respect ${LOCALBASE}, ${PREFIX}, ${CC} and ${CFLAGS}
