- Provide new rc script
- Prevent distribution install sample conf in DATADIR as we already install
  them in PREFIX/etc
- Polish pkg-message
- Remove FTP from pkg-descr, we have WWW there
- Move LIB_DEPENDS before CONFLICTS to pet portlint
