USES= qmail:run will add qmail into RUN_DEPENDS
USES= qmail:build will add qmail into BUILD_DEPENDS
USES= qmail[:both] will add qmail into both RUN and BUILD DEPENDS
USES= qmail:vars will set QMAIL_PREFIX

With hat:	portmgr
