Boris Popov 7b9e4e1601 Update to 0.44.2. ...

File layout changed again: all ups drivers now located in the
${PREFIX}/libexec/nut. Some of the tools moved to ${PREFIX}/bin directory.
Startup script renamed to nut.sh.sample.
