Nuno Teixeira 6dc93fdcee multimedia/py-trakit: New port: Guess additional information from track titles 
TrakIt is a track name parser. It is a tiny library created to solve a very
specific problem. It's very common that video files do not have precise
metadata information, where you can have multiple subtitle tracks tagged as
e.g., Portuguese, but one of them is actually Brazilian Portuguese

Alexey Dokuchaev 2cfc957fec audio/faac: revert undue port deprecation 
- It's being used by the `audio/flacon' port, both as part of the
  test suite and optional user-facing run-time dependency
- Upstream is active and any complaints regarding the code itself
  should be sent there rather than used as a deprecation reason

Yasuhiro Kimura a0c5952883 devel/magit*: Add upstream patch to fix warning message 
With recent Emacs 31 following warning message is displayed when
evaluating "(require 'magit)"

Warning (files): Missing ‘lexical-binding’ cookie in "/usr/local/share/emacs/31.0.50/site-lisp/magit/magit-version.el".

So add upstream patch to fix it.

While here, tidy up Makefile with portfmt.
