This package provides the ratelimiter module, which ensures that an operation
will not be executed more than a given number of times on a given period. This
can prove useful when working with third parties APIs which require for example
a maximum of 10 requests per second.

xhtml2pdf is a html2pdf converter using the ReportLab Toolkit, the HTML5lib and
pyPdf. It supports HTML 5 and CSS 2.1 (and some of CSS 3). It is completely
written in pure Python so it is platform independent.
The main benefit of this tool that a user with Web skills like HTML and CSS is

* Be less strict in the check for MASTER_SITE_SUBDIR use.
This change checks that the subdirectory used is actually different
than what is defined in MASTER_SITES_SUBDIRS. To make this easier to
do, support has been added to single-quote variables passed to the
get_makevar* functions. [1]

sia new release in... DeviantArt.
Adjust MASTER_SITES, point WWW to the Google Fonts page and start setting
LICENSE_FILE.
Add a fix from upstream r2246:
Fix bug #62: improve LCP MRU negotiation in some unusual cases
sometimes happening while using Orange S.A. services.
This allow us to setup PPPoE client connection interface using mtu=1492
instead of 1456.

Users using the VDA patch should adopt dovecot-lda which has also quota
support. As alternative users can jump on the wagon and try to become
an active maintainer of the SF.net VDA project (or a fork)
- The build needs the 4 NPAPI headers. Extract them from
libxul-45.9.0_12 to a separate distfile and point the build
to them.
