Robert Clausecker 0aa89e9844 www/webhook: fix build on riscv64 ...

Update golang.org/x/sys dependency to a version new enough to
have the bits for riscv64-freebsd in there.

While we are at it, remove ineffective GH_TUPLE entries (port
has these vendored upstream).
